FAQ
Questions, answered plainly.
Can you come today?
In most cases, yes. Same-day service is available for requests received before 4 PM, subject to technician availability. If same-day service isn't available in your area right now, we'll tell you upfront and get you the next available time.
What's the 4 PM cutoff about?
Requests received before 4 PM local time give us the best chance of reaching your property the same day. Requests after that are usually scheduled for the next available slot — we'll confirm timing when you contact us.
I don't know what animal it is. Is that a problem?
Not at all. Most people who contact us haven't seen the animal, just heard it. Tell us what you're hearing and where, and our technician will identify it on-site.
Is the animal treated humanely?
Yes. A humane approach is central to how we work, not an add-on. Wildlife that's found its way into the wrong place is handled responsibly, not punitively.
What should I do if I hear something in my attic?
Avoid the urge to go up and investigate yourself, especially if young animals may be involved. Note when you hear activity and roughly where, and contact us — that information helps our technician right away.
What should I do if I hear something in a wall?
Leave the wall alone — cutting into it yourself can make the situation harder to resolve. Let us know which wall and when the noise happens, and we'll take it from there.
Can I send you a photo?
Yes, photos of the animal, the entry point, or any damage help us prepare before we arrive. You can add photos when you request help, or send them separately once we're in touch.
Does the price depend on the situation?
It does. Every property and situation is different — species, location, accessibility, and complexity all factor in. We'll discuss pricing with you once we understand what's going on, before any work begins.
Do you service my area?
We currently serve several Southern Ontario markets, with more being added. Check our service areas page, or simply reach out — if we're not covering your area yet, we'll let you know.
What happens after the animal is removed?
Once the immediate problem is handled, our technician can explain how the animal likely got in and point out any vulnerable areas. If prevention work makes sense for your property, we'll walk you through the options — there's no obligation to move forward with it.
